Design

Ok, we have to be honest. The first time we saw this laptop, we looked at it from the front with the screen open.

Guess what? To us, it appeared like just another laptop. The sleek & ergonomic design mixed with a fashionable green hue clearly isn’t HP’s style, but believe us, it really feels fantastic in your hands.

The first thing you will notice are the speakers, which are truly one of a kind.

They are fashioned in dots and are shaded in a few distinct shadings which only grows the overall design to another level.

Next to the narrow keyboard that will urge you even to compose a school essay, that’s how comfy it is to type.

We have appreciated how the laptop’s dramatic design goes from thick to thin, creating a sensation of lightness.

All ports are situated in the bulkier design portion, immediately below the screen.

It’s coated in a brilliant silver tone, and such a design undoubtedly sticks out wherever you carry the laptop with you.

In our opinion, it’s not simply the colour that sticks out. It’s the whole design that’s been precisely developed with every corner in mind.

Display

When people think of gaming laptops, they immediately think that the setup is the essential key that will take you where the action is.

However, a quality display produces a fantastic entertainment experience and jump-starts everything you do.

In addition, HP Pavilion 15 boasts both significant performance and even superior display.

The display included in this gaming laptop is the 15.6″ diagonal Full HD display with 1920 x 1080 Pixels which is built on an IPS panel that simply puts content to live.

It furthermore contains a touchscreen ability that is ideal for various tasks like graphics designing, 3D animation creations, etc.

No concerns if you don’t comprehend the specifications. The easiest way to appreciate what this display delivers is to realize that the action looks amazing and is even breathtaking on this 1080p monitor.

Whatever is your objective, you will always have a smooth and sharp display to back up your decisions.

Even though this display doesn’t contain an anti-glare feature, it still delivers a matte surface that is decent when it comes down to removing light reflections.

We realize people will very rarely decide to game under the fiercest heat, but it’s good to know that the display will still give stunning results.

Performance

The laptop is powered by the latest AMD Ryzen 7 5825U (up to 4.5 GHz max boost clock, 16 MB L3 cache, 8 cores, 16 threads) AMD Radeon Graphics.

It’s a small beast perfect for such a lightweight laptop. The graphics card that comes put inside is the integrated AMD Radeon Graphics.

Now, it might not be the greatest for doing some heavy video editing & rendering activities, but it’s adequate for software that is based on CPU performance.

32 GB of RAM is more than adequate and will probably be enough for even the most extreme users out there.

Thankfully, the RAM memory is upgradeable so that’s something you should keep in mind.

It might be a bit pricier but it’s worth every dollar it costs. Especially since it comes with dedicated graphics so you may do much more without any limitations.

On the positive side, you will never run out of space for games, films, music, and others.

This laptop is quite lightweight and is on the thin side, yet it’s got a tiny storage unit packed within which delivers a lot, however, doesn’t increase the weight substantially.

The HP Pavilion comes with 1 TB HDD storage space which is perfect for running both operating systems, the most vital software and plenty of games.

Unless you are the ultimate files saver, you will have plenty of space for at least a few years before needing to clean up a bit.

The technology involved that achieves such results is becoming almost priceless.

In addition, we have noticed is an improvement in the operating system. If you believe you have experienced the crispiness of Windows, you will think twice after you mix it with the Pavilion’s display.

The Touchscreen feature truly combines well with Windows 11 Home operating system, and everything runs as smoothly as it usually is with a specialized mouse.

Keyboard

When we get back to the keyboard, we must admit that we have been startled to see a full-sized keyboard with a backlit in a 15″ laptop.

Moreover, even though HP managed to insert a numpad, the keyboard is undoubtedly a full-sized keyboard that delivers superb response and is a real delight to use.

Ports

Even though the laptop is very thin and lightweight, There are lots of ports such as DisplayPort 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge, 2x SuperSpeed USB Type-A, 1x HDMI 2.1 and 1x Headphone/Microphone Combination.

We found a hard time picking what’s better – the Pavilion’s setup, design, or even maybe the touchscreen display that only adds to the flawless use.

Battery life

Another thing that fits particularly well with this style of display is the battery life of the HP Pavilion 15.

The battery works for up to 8 hours. Of course, if you are doing some heavy chores, the battery might not last as much.

However, this is not only the ultimate performance laptop, but it is also a great entertainment device.

Just think about the hours of gaming, Netflix, music, films, and much more, you may have on a single charge.

Final Verdict

Everyone has a single laptop or setup in mind that is off-limits for most (budget-wise), but if you want to settle for an affordable touchscreen laptop, choose the HP Pavilion 15. You won’t regret it.

We fell in love with this laptop from the first moment when we rested our eyes on the design and unusual colour, even without knowing what was inside and how powerful this laptop is.

When you consider the price it sells for and all it gives to a serious laptop user who is looking for mobility, this is a value you can’t miss.

From the robust yet lightweight & narrow design to a display that is easy on your eyes but won’t allow you to stop gazing at it.

The most crucial thing is the ideal configuration that is made to last for years. HP Pavilion 15 won’t only be your favourite portable gadget to use, but it will be your pride to take and use for any purpose, anywhere you go.

However, if you are an HP fan, you will love to have this amazing laptop for your work and entertainment.
